WEMA-LP 94.3 FM is Fort Washington’s community radio station—“The Community Soundtrack.” Operated by the nonprofit Strategic Music Partnerships, WEMA provides a welcoming platform for local voices, independent artists, community leaders, educators, and nonprofit organizations. Our programming features gospel, R&B, jazz, classic hits, public affairs, music education, and conversations addressing issues important to Prince George’s County and the surrounding region. WEMA is committed to informing, entertaining, and connecting our community while promoting cultural diversity, supporting emerging talent, and creating opportunities for residents whose voices are often underrepresented in traditional media.
