Radio Weesper was born in 2020, in a tiny room inside one of Amsterdam's oldest standing student flat: Weesperflat. Starting as lockdown-entertainment during the pandemic, it has grown into a vibrant online radio platform for emerging artists. Driven by a strong sense of community Radio Weesper is setting to become a hub for underground culture, providing a platform for creative expression and experimentation. After a year of maturation, Radio Weesper is back. Not just as a station, but as a space. A space for unexpected and creative sounds. A space for creativity that isn't afraid to experiment. A space for authenticity and curiosity. A community-driven radio project open to all genres, backgrounds, and perspectives coming directly from all of our hearts.
